Our Mission
For over 47 years, the Dublin Food Pantry has been providing food, hygiene products, and other helpful resources to individuals and families within our community who are experiencing food insecurity and other life challenges.
Pantry eligibility is income based. A family of 4 earning $60,000 or less per year qualifies for pantry assistance.
The pantry provided grocery assistance to 10,650 unique individuals in 2023. Within that number are 4,070 school-aged children, or 38 percent of our customers.
Pantry visits increased from 3,766 in 2019 to 11,007 in 2023.
In 2023 the Pantry served 2,744 unique households; in 2019 that number was 825!
About 16 percent of Dublin students are considered economically disadvantaged; in some schools, this number is as high as 70 percent.
Every $1 donated can help us purchase enough food to replace about 40 meals.
1 in 6 children in Ohio lives in a household that faces hunger-that's over 650,000 kids.

The startling statistics
With a nearly 200% increase in pantry visits since 2019, the need is greater than ever. As we settle into 2024, new families continue to stream through our doors for assistance.
Our comprehensive capital campaign-UPDATE!
In order to meet the growing needs of our neighbors, the Dublin Food Pantry launched a $3 million capital campaign to purchase and renovate a larger, more accessible facility at 6608 Dublin Center Drive. We have raised nearly $2.3 million to date, which allowed us to move into our new building in October.

Our NEW facility has already allowed us to expand our outreach, partner with other nonprofit organizations, and expand our CHOICE pantry.
